Wholemeal & Oatmeal cookies

This recipe by far is my favourite, it's easy to make packed with healthy nutrients and so delicious!
You need : 1 cup wholemeal flour ( I used whole wheat flour mixed with seeds ) you could use plain as well, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup EVOO, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1 large egg, vanilla, 1/2 cup raisins.

Directions : 1- Whisk together oil, sugar, vanilla and egg.
                      2- Now add flour, oats & raisins.
                      3- Roll into balls the desired size, pat with your   fingers, bake and enjoy :)
